forster vet surgeon Sometimes our pets need surgery, and this can be a worrying time for both owners and patients. Our vets are experienced surgeons and we operate every day of the week, and on weekends when necessary (eg in emergencies).

Most elective surgery is done during the week so that we can schedule this when it is best for everyone.

Surgical procedures that we commonly perform include, but are not limited to: desexing (spey and castration), orthopaedic surgery, cruciate surgery in dogs, exploratory laparotomy, removal of tumours, stitching up wounds, bites and abscesses.
